• All rates are posted in Canadian dollars.
• All rates are based on Single or Double Occupancy, (one or two people sharing one bedroom).
• Additional adults, including a second adult using the second bedroom, (Twin Occupancy) are subject to additional charges
• Children, twelve years old, at the time of the booking are billed at Child rate and are welcome.
• Except during the Olympic High Season period, the additional adult charge is $50/person/night.
• Except during the Olympic High Season period, the charge for children, twelve years old and under is $25/night/child and applies to all children.
• The Additional Adult Charge, during the Olympic High Season period is $100/night/person.
• The Child Charge for children, in the given age group, during the Olympic High Season period is $75/night/child

A Suite At Kitsilano Cottage is an upscale, two bedroom fully furnished suite in the trendy, historic Kitsilano neighbourhood of Vancouver. The house is a beautifully renovated 1916 Craftsman style bungalow. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have wall to wall carpeting and generous closet space. There is also a double sofabed in the living room. Hardwood floors and big windows with a view of a lush, naturalized garden brighten this area. The kitchen features a full size deluxe refrigerator, ceramic top range, microwave and assorted small appliances. The unit's private entrance is off a small, private, sunken patio, tucked away in a fenced front yard. We offer a separate phone line, cable TV, DVD/VCR, guest bicycles, broadband internet access, in suite laundry facilities and a self catered complimentary continental breakfast, for your first morning.

Kitsilano Cottage bungalow is situated on a quiet residential street, in a neighbourhood know for its tree lined streets. It is located a ten minute drive from the University of B.C. and downtown Vancouver. Jericho Beach is a short seven blocks away. The Kitsilano District is renown for its friendly boutique shopping venues and for having some of the very finest restaurants in Greater Vancouver. Many of these shopping and dining establishments are within comfortable and safe walking distance of Kitsilano Cottage.

POLICIES

Cancellation: 30 Days
Reservations not cancelled 30 days prior to the proposed check in date, will be billed the full stay, total amount. If we are able to sell the time, or part of it, to another party, those proceeds can be refunded. The maximum amount is up to the cost of your own reservation, less a minimum, one night's stay equivalent, hold back to recover costs.

** During the Olympics and Paralympics, reservations not cancelled 60 days prior to the proposed check in date, will be billed the full stay, total amount, with the same refund provisions as above.

Pets:  Unfortunately, A Suite @ Kitsilano Cottage has no provision to accommodate pets. We would be happy to help you find good boarding facilities for your dog or cat

Smoking: A Suite @ Kitsilano Cottage is a non-smoking facility. While smoking outdoors is permitted, absolutely no smoking indoors is allowed.
