We're close enough to everything Greater Vancouver has to offer whether it’s a fine meal, the great outdoors, art, culture or shopping.  Available for short or long stay rentals, business or vacation travelers, we’re located on a quiet street in a friendly tree lined streets neighborhood minutes away from Jericho Beach, UBC and downtown Vancouver.

The house is a beautifully renovated 1910 Craftsman style bungalow. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size bed in the second bedroom.The living room offers hardwood floors, a queen, leather sofabed, flatscreen TV on digital cable, stereo and a picture window with a view of a lush, English Garden style front yard. The kitchen features a side by side refrigerator/freezer, ceramic top self-cleaning range, dishwasher, microwave and assorted small appliances. The unit's private entrance is off a small, private, patio, tucked away in a fenced front yard. We offer a separate phone line, digital cable TV, DVD/VCR, broadband internet access via both Ethernet and WiFi, in suite laundry facilities and a self catered complimentary continental breakfast, for your first morning
